BOMDILA, 21 Feb: A bakery and an electronics shop were destroyed in a devastating fire that broke out at Tenga market in West Kameng district at around 6 pm on Wednesday.
One restaurant nearby was also partially damaged.
Owner of the electronics shop ‘Shiva Enterprises’ Madhav Gewali said, “The fire broke out from the bakery due to excessive heat, since my shop is close to the bakery most of the electronic items have been damaged.”
As per reports, four army fire tenders along with Rupa police, public and fire tender from Bomdila managed to douse the fire and stop it from spreading further.
