Education cornerstone of progress: Guv

ZIRO, 28 Aug: Governor K.T Parnaik emphasized that education has always been the cornerstone of progress, empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential and equipping them with the tools to address the myriad challenges of the modern world. The Governor stated that convocation ceremonies celebrate the realization of dreams and stand as a testament to the hard work and dedication of the graduates and post-graduates. He congratulated the graduates and post-graduates on achieving a significant milestone and highlighted that the future holds limitless possibilities for them.

Parnaik urged them to remember the values of integrity and ethical leadership. As future leaders in their chosen professions, they will have tremendous opportunities for growth and progression. He stressed the need for creating a new work culture that adheres to values, ethics and morals particularly, in a world beset by conflicts and concerns. He advised that their choices would shape not only their careers but also the broader community.

“Your decisions should always be guided by a commitment to the greater good, ensuring that your work contributes positively to society,” he advised.

Reflecting on the challenges faced by local communities during his tours of remote border villages in Arunachal Pradesh, the Governor emphasized that graduates and post-graduates have a role in shaping the future of the state.
