ITANAGAR, 3 Sep: Indian Youth Congress (IYC) general secretary Tarh Johny has been appointed as the State Youth Congress in-charge for Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram and Nagaland, while Indian Youth Congress secretary Janhavee Konwar will oversee Arunachal Pradesh.
Meanwhile, Tarh Johny will continue to serve as the president of the Arunachal Pradesh Youth Congress until a successor is appointed or elected, according to an APYC release.
