ITANAGAR, 24 Nov: Governor KT Parnaik has extended his greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of Chalo Loku festival of the Nocte community, and expressed hope that the festivity would continue to spread the spirit of peace, harmony, and brotherhood across the state.
“On this auspicious day, I join my Nocte brothers and sisters in offering prayers to almighty Rang for the cultural and economic wellbeing of all,” the governor said. (Raj Bhavan)
