ITANAGAR, 24 Nov: Legislative Assembly Speaker Tesam Pongte, accompanied by Secretary Tadar Meena, called on Governor KT Parnaik at the Raj Bhavan here on Monday and apprised him of the preparations for the Constitution Day celebration at the Assembly on 26 November.
