ITANAGAR, 4 Dec: Governor KT Parnaik has extended greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of Podi Barbi festival of the Adi community, and expressed hope that the celebration would strengthen the bonds of unity and further enrich the vibrant cultural heritage that defines Arunachal Pradesh.
