CHIMPU, 23 Jan: The Grappling Association of Arunachal Pradesh (GAAP) has been recognised by the Sports Authority of Arunachal (SAA) for promotion and development of grappling sports in the state.
A team of the GAAP, led by its president Loku Sono,called on SAA Chairman John Neelam and Director Gumnya Karbak here on Thursday and received the recognition letter from SAA director.
The GAAP team expressed gratitude to the SAA chairman and director for the recognition, while the SAA extended best wishes to the GAAP in carrying out grappling sports activities in the state.
