DAPORIJO, Nov 28: Farmers and women representatives from different self help groups, along with the officers and staff attended the ninth foundation day celebrations of the Krishi Vigyan Kendra at Upper Subansiri district on Friday last.
Speaking on the occasion, Senior Scientist and KVK head in-charge, Nyape Bam highlighted the progress made by the department in the field of agriculture during its nine-year long service.
He also advised the farmers and self help groups to avail the benefits and technical support provided by the KVK.
Higher officials from departments of Agriculture, ICDS, Child Development and Fishery were also present.
