ITANAGAR, Jun 17: Four BRTF personnel, one each in Lower Dibang Valley, Namsai, Tirap and Lower Siang have tested positive for Covid-19.
All have been shifted to Covid Care Centre of BRTF.
One that tested positive in Lower Dibang Valley is a returnee from Bulandshahar(U.P).
Namsai case is a returnee from Tamil Nadu, case from Tirap is a returnee from Kerala while, the case from Lower Siang is a returnee from Chandigarh.
All the cases have been detected from FQ and all are asymptomatic.
Meanwhile, three people have been released as they have tested negative in two consecutive samples as per SOP. They have been advised for strict 14 days home quarantine and self-monitoring.
Currently, there are 93 active covid-19 cases in the state.
