ZIRO, 29 Jan: In order to facilitate construction of the Trans-Arunachal Highway (Potin-Pangin) Package-I and for the safety of passengers and vehicles, the Lower Subansiri district administration has restricted the movement of normal traffic from the NEEPCO junction to Pitapool Colony from 1 to 11 February from 9 pm to 5am.
