ITANAGAR, 9 Sep: Governor BD Mishra has conveyed greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of Pham-Kho-Sowai festival of the Khowa tribe of West Kameng district.
He expressed hope that the festivity would usher in happiness, peace, bumper harvest and prosperity for all.
“On this joyous occasion, I offer my prayers to the almighty to invoke blessings for the Khowas and all of us,” the governor said in his message. (Raj Bhavan)
