NOGNA, 4 Jan: The Khonsa battalion of the Assam Rifles (AR) under its civic action programme on Tuesday distributed beads to the women artisans of remote Nogna village in Tirap district to encourage the craft of bead-making.
The beads procured by the battalion were handed over to the women of the village in the presence of the village authorities. (DIPRO)
