The constant need to reset passwords wastes valuable time, especially when trying to download admit cards or complete forms. I urge the authorities concerned to address this technical issue promptly. The APSSB plays a vital role in conducting various exams, and a seamless online experience is essential for candidates.
I request the authorities to investigate the root cause of the login issues and resolve the problem, improve password management to prevent frequent password resets, and enhance website usability to reduce errors and frustration.
I hope the APSSB will take a look into this matter and rectify this issue, ensuring a smoother experience for all candidates.
