ITANAGAR, 15 Dec: Kantu Lap from Arunachal Pradesh secured a bronze medal at the Senior National Judo Championship, 2025-26.
With this, Lap has become the first judoka from Arunachal to win a medal at a senior national judo championship, the Arunachal Judo Association said.Lap won the medal in the below 60 kg category.
Fourteen athletes from the state participated in the event, which was held in Imphal, the capital city of Manipur, from 11 to 15 December.
