Rajiv Gandhi Government Polytechnic College kicked off its 22nd REILA annual games and sports events at the college grounds in Itanagar on Thursday. The inaugural event was attended by Arunachal Pradesh Private Education Institute Regulatory Commission secretary Dr AK Tripathy.
