This piece is in response to a letter titled “Monsoon and the APPSC” published on May 10.
Monsoon fury is last excuse any serious aspirant can make. Any serious aspirant will reach any destination one to two weeks in advance, sometimes even one month. I request Commission to avoid such irrelevant and unnecessary plea from any candidate. I have my exam centre in one of the remote part of Arunachal. I will reach my center two weeks in advance, if needed one month in advance. Monsoon will not be my excuse.
