ITANAGAR, May 10: The All Papum Pare District Students’ Union (APPDSU) has said that it opposes the state government’s policy to include separate annual work plan and budget for the Capital Complex in the ongoing Project Approval Board (PAB) meeting with the centre.
The union said that the state government should not try to make things more complicated by trying to approve a separate plan for Capital Complex from the Ministry of Human Resource and Development, GoI in this ongoing PAB meeting with the chief secretary and education department.
It said that, in the name of DC Capital Complex, many departments were created unnecessarily at the cost of state exchequer with “political motive”.
