ITANAGAR, Jun 12: The Khalaktangpa Employees Welfare Association has strongly condemned the ransacking of Animal Husbandry, Veterinary & Dairy Development Director ND Minto’s government residence in Nirjuli by a group of miscreants on 4 June.
It also condemned the group’s act of intimidation against the officer, and urged the state government to arrest the culprits and provide security to the director and his family, failing which, it said, it would initiate a democratic movement.
