ITANAGAR, Sep 11: The Arunachal Adventure Association (AAA) organized a ‘trekking-cum-adventure tour’ for youths of Arunachal Pradesh to Dzuko valley in Nagaland, from 7-11 September. The purpose of organising the camp was to expose the youths to the tourism potential of the Northeast region.
Travel & tourism management students of Rajiv Gandhi Government Polytechnic, Itanagar, were part of the tour.
AAA chairman Tarh Eha said such exposure tour would channelize the youths’ energy in the right direction.
“The youths can take up adventure activities as a hobby and also as a career. We will continue to organize such events within our limited capacity,” he said.
