ITANAGAR, Sep 23: Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Sunday greeted the people of the state on the occasion of Kemeha, a harvest festival celebrated by the Mishmi community, and expressed wishes for happiness, prosperity and peace.
“The festival of Kemeha celebrates the happiness that comes with good harvest. It is an occasion to thank the almighty for bestowing happiness to mankind,” said the chief minister. (CMO)
