NAHARLAGUN, Oct 4: Deed Circle FC (DCFC) has entered the final of 7th Eagle Football Championship after defeating Todo United FC 3-2 here on Thursday.
Puji Noha opened the score for Todo United FC in the 34th minute, which was doubled in the 39th minute by Kunal Tamang. However, DCFC reduced the lead with the help of Kangkan Deka’s goal in the 41st minute, and the first half ended with 2-1 goals.
Mintu Chettry of DCFC turned the situation around by scoring two goals, which could be the most vital two goals in the history of DCFC, in the 53rd and the 87th minutes to clinch a fantastic win for his team.
The final match will be played between Deed Circle FC and Gora Makik SC on 6 October at 2:00 pm at RG Stadium here.
