KHONSA, Oct 21: Retired Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Homjong Matcha passed away at the age of 61 on 18 October.
He served as ADC, Khonsa from 2013 to 28 February, 2015.
Tirap Deputy Commissioner PN Thungon expressed profound grief and sorrow over demise of Matcha.
Matcha was a soft spoken person with great administrator acumen and had a great sense of humor. His death is not only a great loss to his family, but to the Tangsa society and the state,” said Thungon.
Thungon, on behalf of the Tirap district administration conveyed heartfelt condolence to the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.
Matcha was born in 1957 in Khimyong village under Changlang district. (DIPRO)
