YUPIA, Oct 26: Accused Tadar Niglar alias Attu, of Gangne village in Kurung Kumey district, has been declared a proclaimed offender by the court of the district and sessions judge here.
The accused has been proclaimed as an offender in connection with Naharlagun PS Case No 38/06 U/S 302/392/201/34 IPC, and Naharlagun PS Case No 35/06/U/S 302 IPC.
Capital SP M Harsha Vardhan informed that the accused has been directed to appear before the court on 12 November.
