SEPPA, Feb 12: The BJP government has always given proper attention to the welfare of women and children, said Chayang Tajo MLA Karya Bagang, addressing a BJP rally at the general ground here in East Kameng district on Tuesday.
Bagang highlighted some of the major developments brought in her constituency by the BJP, such as improvement in road connectivity and power supply, conversion of the Chayang Tajo EAC headquarters to ADC (independent), etc.
The BJP’s Lower Subansiri district in-charge, Techi Necha, highlighted various welfare schemes and measures of the state government for the welfare of the gaon burahs, and advised the GBs to open bank accounts to avail the benefits of the schemes.
The rally saw the participation of BJP leaders and office bearers, besides GBs and members of the Bagang Welfare Society.
