ITANAGAR, Mar 7: In a complaint letter to the state Chief Secretary, the Arunachal Civil Society (ACS) has on Thursday, sought strict action against some government officers whom, it alleged had participated in the political campaigns held at Tirbin under 29th Basar constituency on 15 February last.
“According to the Service Conduct Rule, government servants are restricted from participating in any political party meetings, rallies nor are they eligible to be members of any political parties.
They appealed to the CS to look into the matter seriously and take strict action against the erring officers.
