Control traffic

Dear Editor,
Many a time, it is seen that people park their vehicles in a no parking zone or in a places where the width of the road is too narrow, thus leading to traffic congestion.
The traffic authorities should either puncture their vehicles or impose a large amount of fine on those who park their vehicles haphazardly, so that they may not repeat such thing in future. This way, at least a little bit of traffic congestion will be reduced.
Going by the current slow pace of highway works, it might take three or more years to complete the work. So the traffic can only be controlled in an alternative way.
Sincerely,
P Hiibyu
