BARIRIJO, Nov 13: Dumporijo MLA Rode Bui exhorted the members of the Kara Welfare Society to “maintain unity and work for peace and communal harmony for all-round development.”
Bui, who attended the foundation day celebration of the KWS here in Upper Subansiri district on Thursday, said “every welfare organization, be it clan- or community-based, should maintain good rapport with each other and work for the betterment of the society and the nation.”
The MLA assured of his support for infrastructure development in the area. Cultural programmes and sports competitions were organized as part of the celebration.
