YUPIA, Mar 24: Papum Pare district horticulture officer (DHO) Chukhu Kapa breathed his last on Tuesday afternoon after suffering a cardiac arrest and renal failure.
Born on 1 June, 1971, late Kapa was serving as the DHO here at the time of his passing. He is survived by his wife, two daughters and two sons.
In a condolence message, the Arunachal Pradesh Horticulture Officer Association has expressed shock over his untimely demise and prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.
