ITANAGAR, Sep 3: Governor P B Acharya has conveyed his warm greetings to the people of the state on the festive occasion of Onam. He also extended good wishes to the people of Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, especially those serving in the state.
“May this Festival usher in the true spirit of unity, harmony and prosperity in the society”, the Governor wished.
