TAWANG, Sep 9: A day-long legal counselling and awareness programme was conducted by the District Legal Services Authority, Tawang under the guidance of JMFC-cum-member secretary at Jang on Friday last.
During the programme, resource persons including JMFC cum-DLSA secretary, advocates Rinchin Wangmu and Tsering Norbu spoke on issues like human rights, child rights, protection of women from domestic violence, Victim Compensation Act 2011, plea bargaining fundamental rights and duties, POCSO Act, etc.
