ITANAGAR, Oct 31: In a letter to the Governor, the All Arunachal Pradesh Unemployed Youth Association (AAPUYA) on Tuesday demanded immediate release of Commissioner Finance, Ashish Kundra from Arunachal Pradesh to his place of posting in Mizoram.
The AAPUYA in a release said that it had earlier submitted numerous representations before the Governor’s office for immediate removal of Kundra from the charges of Planning, Finance, Investment, etc, and Kundra was eventually named in the transfer and posting order of October 18, 2017.
“To our utter dismay, Ashish Kundra has not been released from his post till date”, said the AAPUYA, while alleging that it may be “due to external interference of some corrupted people who are at the helm of affairs”.
