ITANAGAR, Nov 1: A team of All Kra Daadi District Students’ Union (AKDDSU) recently visited remote Tali circle to take stock of the education scenario and functioning of schools there.
The team led by AKDDSU President Gora Rikam Bhai visited Govt. Sec. School, Tali and Govt. Girls’ Residential School, Hapuk under Tali circle.
While interacting with the students and teachers of Govt. Residential School, Hapuk the AKDDSU President appealed to the students to maintain discipline and show respect to the teachers and elders. He advised them to focus on study stating that education holds the key to success in life. He also encouraged them to participate in co-curricular activities for overall development.
The team also appealed to the teachers to discharge duty regularly and impart quality education.
Seeing that the students were facing lots of problem due to non availability of water and toilet rooms, the students’ union urged the Executive Engineer, PHED to immediately restore water supply and construct toilet room under Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan Schemes at Govt. Girls’ Residential School Hapuk.
