ITANAGAR, Nov 26: The annual Eucharistic procession was held here, with participation of thousands of Catholics.
Bishop of Itanagar, Retired Reverend Dr John Thomas also led the huge gathering in praying for the country, especially for Arunachal Pradesh and its leaders.
Earlier, Reverend Father Mathai, the Parish Priest of St Mary’s Parish, encouraged the faithful to participate in the Eucharistic procession and to pray for all, especially those suffering from serious illnesses.
Arunachal Pradesh Catholic Association President, Taw Tabin also spoke on the occasion.
