SEPPA, Dec 5: The Nomination papers of INC candidate Kameng Dolo and BJP candidate Biyuram Wahge for the December 21 Pakke-Kessang Assembly by-election were found valid during scrutiny on Tuesday, according to an election office report.
Meanwhile, General Election Observer of the ECI, M Joy Singh in a meeting with East Kameng Deputy Commissioner Rajeev Takuk and SP Vikas Kumar took stock of the by-election preparedness.
The DEM Plan, EVMs, the status of polling stations, training and randomization of polling personnel, among others things, were also reviewed in the meeting. (DIPRO)
