ITANAGAR, Dec 8: In a representation to the Minister Civil Supplies & Water Resources Development, the All Arunachal Pradesh Anti-Corruption Students’ Union (AAPACSU) on Friday appealed to him to direct the East Kameng deputy commissioner to cancel the tender for appointment of PDS wholesale nominee-cum carriage contractor for the year 2018-2019.
The union stated that the model code of conduct has been enforced in the district in view of the forthcoming by-election in Pakke-Kessang, and that floating tender during this time would be a violation of the rules.
