ITANAGAR, Dec 8: The organizing committee of the 63rd National School Games (Weightlifting) has appointed Daniel Teli as one of the referees.
He became the first from the state to be appointed as a weightlifting referee in the National School Games (NSG).
Teli, general secretary of the Arunachal Weightlifting Association, is also leading the state weightlifting team as chef-de-mission in the National School Games, which began in Dispur, Assam, on 7 December.
