ITANAGAR, Jan 5: Governor Dr BD Mishra reviewed the preparations for pre-recruitment training in various districts with the district administrative officers through video conferencing from Raj Bhavan here on Friday.
Facilitated by National Informatics Centre, Arunachal Pradesh, this was the second video conferencing of the governor with the district officials.
Dr Mishra emphasized on creating “maximum awareness” among the youth of state about the pre-recruitment training, which are being conducted by the Indian Army.
The governor had earlier requested the Chief of Army Staff to conduct such rallies in all the districts of the state.
The governor also emphasized that re-employment opportunities for ex-servicemen, employment and other benefits for them, and benefits for the Vir Naris and their families must be made known amongst the targeted people.
During the interaction, the governor advised the district officials to ensure that flagship programme Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana is implemented in letter and spirit. (PRO to Governor)
