CRPF donates computer set

KHONSA, Jan 8: Additional Deputy Commissioner Techu Aran gave away two computer sets along with accessories to the government higher secondary school here in Tirap district, as part of a civic action programme conducted by the 36 Bn CRPF in the school’s auditorium on Monday.
The ADC emphasized the importance of computer education for students, government employees, and the public in general, and expressed appreciation for the CRPF battalion’s gesture.
The battalion’s Commandant, SR Behura, informed that the CRPF is conducting such programmes for the poor and the needy as well.
He took the opportunity to urge interested candidates to apply for 57,000 posts lying vacant in the paramilitary force.
The last date for applying is 23 January, and candidates may apply online at crpf.nic.in, or crpf.gov.in, he informed. (DIPRO)
