ITANAGAR, Jan 15: A former AS chairperson from Sangdupota circle in Papum Pare district has alleged that the Directorate of Relief & Disaster Management (DRDM) has overlooked the selection made by the district board under its flood damage report (FDR).
‘The department has selected a few FDRs on pick and choose basis, depriving the genuine ones selected by the district board,’ the former AS chairperson alleged in a letter to the chief secretary, and sought the latter’s attention in the matter.
