ITANAGAR, Jan 21: Members of the H-Sector Welfare Committee participated in a ‘maintenance work’ on the colony’s road and cleaned up the drains on its sides on Sunday.
Led by its Chairman Kopci Panor and Secretary Kasung Cheda, the committee also conducted an eviction drive for widening the road, with the participation of Liaison Officer Sanjiv Chakraborty.
A backhoe loader was provided by the district administration and engaged for maintenance of the road, while expenses for diesel and manual labourers were taken care of by the committee.
