YUPIA, Feb 12: Urban Development Minister Nabam Rebia inaugurated the new Nyokum Yullo ground here on Monday.

Assuring every possible help to develop the festival ground as a permanent asset, Rebia called for developing the area without disturbing its natural environment. He said effort should be made to turn it into a tourist attraction.
“It should serve the purpose of all communities of the state,” he said.
