ITANAGAR, Mar 13: The All Kamle District Students’ Union (AKDSU) has in a release on Tuesday sought floating of tender against all schemes/works sanctioned under various schemes like SIDF, RE, RIDF, untied fund or any other centre and state sanctioned schemes in a free and fair manner.
Alleging violation of norms by some departments in the tender process, which they claimed deprived innocent firms and contractors from the competition, the union appealed to the authorities to ensure free and fair process of inviting tender based on the Arunachal Pradesh District Based Entrepreneurs and Professionals Incentives, Development and Promotion Act, 2015.
It has also appealed to the HoDs of the district to implement the sanctioned fund judiciously and ensure that contactors maintain quality of work.
