An open letter to the Chief Minister

Dear Editor,
This is in reference to the letter published on 3rd April ‘2018 regarding “Regularisation of 954 CTET and APTET Qualified SSA in-Teachers in one go”
I write this letter’ not because I am trying to pursue, introduce an idea or put my idea against the current ideas or any idea shared by APTET and CTET Qualified Teachers. I am not against anything or for it. I am more concerned with only facts and actualities. As far as my slender ability allows I will not concern you with anything less than a matter of great importance in this letter. I wish to emphasise that I intent no disrespect either to the Government, to Education minister or to you personally.
APTET/CTET colleagues mistakenly think that holding CTET and APTET certificate means easy claiming for job regularisation.
I wish to humbly draw your kind attention to the fact that the system will always fail them for a number of obvious reasons.
I would also like to draw your kind attention to concerning this important aspect of Education Department that there are numbers of Teachers are now over state govt age limit having served the State for more than 13-14 years. Don’t do injustice to almost 6000 SSA Teachers who are still hoping to get positive outcome under your leadership .
It is not sufficient or adequately correct to regularise their job that were appointed less than 3-4 years that too without any practical Teaching experience.
We may frame a mechanism to absorb all SSA Teachers on basis of batch wise regularisation at the earliest.
I allow myself to draw your attention to several facts that demand immediate attention, and do not require legislative action or other time-consuming procedures. A brave decision can and will remove the terrible strain that has long been imposed.
Yours,
An aggrieved Non-TET SSA Teacher
