DAPORIJO, Apr 16: Upper Subansiri Deputy Commissioner Danish Ashraf on Monday exhorted the youths of the district to participate in the army recruitment rally scheduled to be held at Jairampur in Changlang district.
Chairing a meeting in his office, the DC requested school and college principals and heads to encourage youths and students to participate in the recruitment rally. He urged dropout students and unemployed youths to “avail the opportunity and serve the nation instead of remaining unemployed.”
He also appealed to parents and guardians to encourage their children to participate in the rally.
The DC has announced prizes for those who come up with the best ideas to disseminate awareness to ensure maximum participation in the recruitment rally.
