SONAJULI, Apr 19: The All India Game Fish Association in collaboration with Nature Unlimited is organizing an awareness programme-cum-nature camp on fish conservation to celebrate World Fish Migration Day at the Papum Pare Eco Agro Project here on 21 April.
The camp is aimed at providing training in catch-and-release techniques and sensitizing the participants to the aquatic ecosystem and managing natural resources.
The programme will also expose children and youths to the importance of open rivers and migratory fish, it said.
