ITANAGAR, Apr 27: Kra Daadi zilla parishad has been awarded the Deen Dayal Upadhyay Panchayat Sashaktikaran Purashkar-2018 for being the best performing panchayat in Arunachal Pradesh in the implementation of the programme.
The award was presented during the National Panchayat Day celebration in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, on 24 April.
Kra Daadi ZPC Rido Meena, Panchayati Raj Deputy Director AG Ligu and other team members received the award in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Panchayati Raj Minister Narendra Singh Tomar, and MoS for Panchayati Raj Parshottam Rupala.
