DAYUN, Jun 6: State BJP president Tapir Gao has urged his party workers to educate the people about the welfare schemes launched by the Narendra Modi government during the last four years.
Addressing party leaders and workers at the Changlang district BJP executive meeting here on 5 June, Gao said the state BJP government has taken steps against corruption and vowed to maintain transparency in governance.
Earlier in the day, Gao laid the foundation stone for the BJP’s zonal office for Lohit zone.
The meeting was attended by a large number of BJP leaders, including parliamentary secretaries, former ministers and district and mandal level BJP leaders.
