AALO, Jun 6: Members of the Galo Ane Safai Abhiyan (GASA) cleaned up the area from Gumin Nagar Sector to Hiker Gumin Lower during a two-day social service programme which concluded on Wednesday.
Spearheading the cleanliness drive, GASA president Jumken Doji Ete stressed the need for conducting such drives on a regular basis.
“West Siang has been declared open defecation-free and now the onus lies on us to maintain it,” she said. (DIPRO)
