TAWANG, Jun 7: The police here during a checking drive on Thursday detected 15 inner line permit (ILP) violators from various parts of the town.
Three cases have been registered in this regard, and legal action is being taken against the ILP violators.
Tawang SP M Harsha Vardhan said the police have intensified their ILP and vehicle checking drive.
Nearly Rs 1.5 lakhs was collected as fines for traffic violations in Tawang district during the month of May, he said.
The police have also advised the locals who employ persons from outside Arunachal to ensure that the employees have proper ILPs. (DIPRO)
