Apex Bank holds training for its officials

NAHARLAGUN, Jun 13: The intensive training on information technologies and CBS for branch manager and other senior officers of the Apex Bank was conducted on Wednesday here at its head office.
The training focused on various IT products/ CBS of the Apex Bank, such as DBT, PFMS, Sim Se Pay, PoS, Micro ATM, NEFT/RTGS, etc.
Attending the inaugural programme, Administrator of Apex Bank Habung Lampung informed that to improve the image of the Apex Bank and for its overall growth, every branch manager and senior officials must be fully acquainted with various IT products/services available with the bank.
“This will help faster and more convenient delivery of services to the customer”, he said.
Further, he added that the Apex Bank is very important for the financial inclusion as it is the only bank which delivers banking services even in the remote corners of the state for the benefit of common people.
Apex Bank Managing Director Tsering Thongdok, while welcoming participants from various branches, urged the officers to make best utilization of the training. He informed about various IT based products/services that were provided by the bank, such as DBT, PFMS, SimSe Pay, PoS, Micro ATM, NEFT/RTGS, etc.
The resource persons of the training were Taba Oya DGM (IT) Apex Bank, Vikash Jha, Project Manager PFMS, Prakash Upadhaya SPOC TCS, Romakanta Poudel MGR (IT) Apex Bank and Sanjog Kr Singh MGR (IT) Apex Bank.
